2. Social Security Status
2.1. Patients are obliged to inform the relevant units in a timely manner of any changes in their health, social security or personal information.
3. Informing Healthcare Professionals
3.1. Patients must fully and accurately inform healthcare professionals of their complaints, past illnesses, any previous inpatient treatments, medicines they use and all other health-related information.
4. Compliance with Hospital Rules
4.1. Patients must comply with the rules and practices of the healthcare institution they apply to.
4.2. Referral chain rules determined by the Ministry of Health and the relevant Social Security Institutions must be observed.
4.3. Patients should cooperate with healthcare staff during the treatment, care and rehabilitation process.
4.4. For appointment-based healthcare services, patients must adhere to their appointment times and notify the relevant units of any changes.
4.5. Patients must respect the rights of hospital staff, other patients and visitors.
4.6. Patients are responsible for compensating any damage they cause to hospital property.
4.7. Patients must refrain from any behaviour involving verbal or physical assault against staff.
5. Compliance with Treatment Recommendations
5.1. Patients should listen carefully to the advice given regarding treatment and medications, and ask healthcare professionals about any issues they do not understand.
5.2. If patients are unable to comply with treatment recommendations, they must inform the healthcare staff.
5.3. The patient should confirm that they have correctly understood the care plan and the post-discharge care plan.
5.4. The patient is responsible for any consequences that may arise if they refuse treatment or do not comply with the recommendations.

With a total capacity of 75 beds and approximately 8,000 m² of indoor space, it is one of the region’s hospitals providing care in line with international standards. Holding the American Accreditation Commission International (AACI) certification, Optimed International Çorlu Hospital aims to make a meaningful difference in both treatment and patient comfort.

With approximately 9,000 m² of indoor space, Optimed Kapaklı Hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services to the local community with a 75-bed capacity.
